Various types of assessment proformas and protocols were developed during the Project's work with different groups of children. The proformas are geared to designing psychosocial and mental health interventions and developing treatment plans for children in different contexts, such as care and protection institutions, observation homes, schools, anganwadis and primary healthcare centres. They are for use by community-based service providers.
